We're delighted to accept your old guitar/amp/piano/dog...well, maybe NOT your dog, but almost any old piece of kit you've got lying around as part-payment against your choice from our stock of professionally set up guitars.
Any REAL guitarist (and there are a few fake ones around) will tell you that you absolutely CAN'T make an informed choice about your future guitar without playing it first. Go to your local music shop (whether that happens to be us or not!) and try some guitars. Our advice is always "Buy The One You Try". They're all different and you'll know it's the right one when you play it.
One thing you can be sure of is that every single piece of stock has been played by Colin our guitar technician. He's a pretty clever chap, and people bring their prized possessions from all over the country for him to improve them. You'd be surprised (or maybe you wouldn't!) at what a difference a decent set-up can make to your guitar.
